Pepe Apartment by Mamo Florence

The location was extremely central and close to everything. We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and so I was looking for a place with a full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment was very well equipped and the appliances worked well. The air conditioning was also very effective during an extremely hot period. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the hosts provided plenty of towels and other necessities. The hosts responded quickly to our messages when we had questions. I also appreciated the easy check in and check out. We would stay here again!

As other reviews noted, the shower doors don't close properly and so there is a problem with water leaking onto the floor outside the shower area. If this could be fixed it would improve the ease of showering, but it did not cause a major problem for us. We also didn't mind the stairs but others might. It's about 50 steps to the main floor of the apartment, and then another 10 or so to the second level. Again, this was fine for us and was not as many steps as we thought it might be.

Manca il bidet in entrambi in bagni, incredile per una casa in italia di una metratura così ampia. I termosifoni sono regolati dalla società che gestisce gli appartamenti per cui la notte quando volevamo abbassarli perchè faceva troppo caldo non ci siamo riusciti in autonomia e abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre. Terzo piano senza ascensore come segnalato ma scale piccole e scomode per chi ha trolley e passeggini
