Spacious apartment by Duomo

Fantastic location, clean, and enough space for a family of 5

Dark inside, no internet and the management/host sent a young man to meet us and let us in. He was taxed with charging us the city tax for our stay then and there - we had no signal, no cell reception, no wifi reception initially, so could not pay. Had to walk out into the street to complete this on our phones. We were double charged, so this was a significant overcharge. The management said they would refund immediately, but over a week later, they still had not done so. I had to reach out to them again. In general, the management was friendly and very responsive to our questions or any requests. Location was excellent. Just had a rough start upon arrival with being overcharged the city tax and also having no signal/wifi initially to even process this payment.

La cercanía al casco antiguo de la ciudad, comodidad para varias personas.

Complicado para personas mayores, ya que, había que subir escalones para el departamento.

Perfect location (in the heart of the city), attentive and kind owner, lots of very useful information in the city guide included.

Impossible to get a taxi near the apartment, going up and down all the stairs is tricky with lots of luggage and little kids.

Si sois mas de 5 olvidate de dormir bien, hay 2 camas dobles y 1 individual, el resto es imposible, el futon te clavas las maderas y el sofa cama cuando te tumbas se unde.
