Great location and management but very loud at night along the street

The property manager was very nice and very helpful. The location was ideal and we walked just about everywhere we wanted to go

People were constantly yelling and screaming along the street until 4-5am all 3 nights we were there. Seems like party central. I didn’t get much sleep at all.

Excellent

Giuseppe welcomed us and gave clear instructions, as well as promptly responded to our requests. We really appreciated his kindness and communication! The accommodation itself is clean and located on a lively street. It’s conveniently close to everything, and so we walked everywhere. The AC works well. The bed was comfortable.

We didn’t have much problems with the noise level during our stay, however if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs.

if i go to firenze again i will highly likely choose this place

a really nice place in the very center of the city. the room was comfortable, sharing bathrooms were not a problem: there are two per four guest rooms and they are cleaned daily, so are the rooms. functional kitchen. i particularly liked the interior, it's an old building without any cheesy cliche renovation that makes all the rented rooms look the same and too much as a hotel.

if you prefer quiet, you might want to consider low season in firenze. on summer nights you will definitely hear drunk tourists yelling. and the acoustics in the old city is just crazy. i was fine with that though.

Touristy Florence

The location was in the center of everything and a good price.

The stairs are a little bit of a pain to get up and we didn't love sharing a bathroom with other guests, but everyone was respectful and clean.

Nice medieval building in only 50m from the main square. High ceiling - a lot of air inside, very good bed. Nice helpful proactive staff.

Very central location, really helpful and communicative host. Room and apartment equipped with everything you could need.

I liked everything, but for those who are sensitive to the sound then sleeping it could be hard to sleep because the location is central and people outside are chatty, but the host thought about that and in the apartment you can find earplugs. Also if you are sensitive to temperature it could be a little chilly to sleep in the start of April.

Amazing apartment and totally worth the $$!

This apartment was an amazing place to stay! Giuseppe was most accommodating and had plenty of great suggestions for us to see while we were there. The location was simply superb. You just turn the corner and you're right in front of Palazzo Vecchio, amazing restaurants, Gucci, delicious gelato, the list goes on and on. Couldn't be happier with our stay at da l' Gini GuestHouse!

Great Location

The location is perfect! The staff member who checked is in was incredible. He gave digressions on things to do nearby and checked in with us multiple times to make she we had everything we needed. It had actual air conditioning, which kept us cool on the very hot nights. A small breakfast and wine were also provided as a welcoming gift. The rooms were very large and easily accommodated our family of 6.

There were a few funny odors that we could not locate. Even with this, it did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

Sauberkeit der Küche und der Gegenstände in der Küche; bargeldlose Zahlung der Touristensteuer

Appartamento storico, da "rinfrescare"

Posizione centrale in una bella zona tranquilla e circondata da negozi e locali. L'appartamento è molto grande, le camere sono spaziose e il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Per fare un weekend come nel nostro caso direi che può andare.

È 1 appartamento in un palazzo storico, con dei meravigliosi pavimenti antichi peccato però che l'arredamento e i complementi d'arredo sono totalmente da rivedere, la scelta sembra essere quella della "minima spesa massima resa". Manca totalmente l'attenzione al dettaglio, i bidoni in cucina erano mezzi rotti, una piastrella del corridoio era rotta, i prodotti per la doccia erano già aperti e appoggiati per terra in doccia (sarebbe più igienico ed ecologico un dosatore da muro ricaricabile). Peccato perché avrebbe un grande potenziale.

La posizione ottima, a un passo da p.zza della Signoria, il prezzo, la pulizia, letti e cuscini comodissimi, camere ampie, host gentile, disponibile ed elastico, possibilità di deposito bagagli dopo il ceck-out

Un po' di rumore notturno nelle prime due camere cioè quelle che affacciano su strada: normalmente è silenzioso ma purtroppo possono capitare urla e canti di passanti maleducati. Nelle istruzioni di Booking non era specificato che affittando l'intero appartamento non ci sarebbe stata la pulizia dello stesso durante il soggiorno. Non è stato un problema, ma credo sia un'informazione da segnalare per chi è interessato ad alloggiarvi. Le scale un po' ripide, ma fattibile.

Posto strategico in pieno centro, tutti i servizi a disposizione.

La posizione è quanto di meglio si possa avere, stradina parallela a Piazza della Signoria. Camera calda e accogliente. Finestre ben insonorizzate.

Non dipende dalla struttura, ma dagli ospiti, come lasciano i servizi comuni in ordine. Comunque l' attenzione del gestore è alta e rimedia tempestivamente a tutto

Alojamento muito bem localizado , com excelentes condições (mesmo para cozinhar ) , sobretudo ao nível de isolamento . Apesar da rua movimentada no centro histórico , o ruído não chegava ao quarto (que estava virado para a rua) e isso agradou-me muito

La stanza era molto spaziosa; i doppi vetri permettono di non essere disturbati anche se si è in pieno centro. I bagni erano puliti e la cucina fruibile nonostante la presenza di altri clienti nell'appartamento. La posizione è eccezionale, a 1 minuto da piazza della Signoria.

Zona centralissima

La struttura è situata in una zona centralissima e bellissima,la camera è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno è in condivisione ma noi per due giorni non abbiamo incontrato nessuno,l'host è molto gentile e alla mano.

Great affordable find close to everything

The location was super convenient to the Uffizi, the Duomo, all the major tourist spots and many museums and restaurants. Giuseppe is a great host- friendly, helpful and easy to reach if needed. The facility was spotless. I was a bit concerned about a shared bath but it was no problem at all.

Our room was a bit loud from outside noise, and the bed was harder than I liked, but my husband thought it was fine. There were earplugs available, which helped.

Очень чисто, удобное расположение практически ко всем достопримечательностям. Владелец всегда идет на встречу, за это огромное спасибо. Было приятно гостить здесь. На любой вопрос всегда сразу же получали ответ. Комнаты большие, кровать очень удобная. Забота проявлялась во всем от кофе капсул до даже такого атрибута как адаптер от комаров, было приятно

Немного непонятно было где находиться гостиничный дом. Думаю стоит указать, что дверь прямо напротив оптики. Но хозяин был на связи и особых проблем с этим не возникло. Было шумно по ночам, так как соседи стукают дверьми и особо не соблюдают режим не шуметь после 22.00. Но это от владельца никак не зависит. Смотря какие будут соседи.
