This apartment is quite spacious and works well for two families (we had seven people total). There are tons of beds and having three full bathrooms is great. The apartment is steps away from major tourist sites. Michele is an amazing host -- responsive and helpful. We did have some noise late at night from people coming back from bars, and early morning from vendors rolling out metal carts for the market. The apartment overall could benefit from more furniture -- there is not a desk in the apartment anywhere, and luggage racks or dressers in the bedrooms would be useful. Would definitely recommend!

The experience we had in Florence with Michele was above and beyond! The apartment was amazing! Clean, rooms/bathrooms comfortable and the location was perfect! Michele recommended local restaurants that were delicious. He was an amazing hostess and I would recommend his apartment to all! Thank you Michele!

Our two adult sons, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in This lovely apartment. The beds were large and nearly the size of American Kings. 3 full baths and a lovely kitchen and living room. You are just steps away from the heart of Florence. Your location could t be any better. Michele was an amazingly gracious host, meeting us there to walk us through the property, show us around and help orient us to the city. Amazing hospitality!

WOW! This apartment is gorgeous!! Everything is seemingly new and impeccably clean! Michele was the most gracious and welcoming host! As we arrived he was waiting at the door for us to waste no time. He took time to give us his wonderful restaurant recommendations, and poured us water on our arrival. Left us a bottle of wine to enjoy and and supplies for our morning coffee. No detail was left without thought! The apartment fit our family of 6 adults very comfortably. The beds were so comfortable and the common space large. The location is so convenient to everything in Florence! When we checked out we wanted to spend the day in Florence. Michele allowed us to store our luggage until the next party arrived and then took us to a storage unit near by for the rest of the day and called us a cab for later that day! He went above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again and suggest this apartment to all our friends!
