I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment in the heart of Florence and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the transparent communication from the property management. Although there was some noise from the restaurant located below the apartment, I cannot fault them as it was already mentioned in the disclaimer and property description. This shows their commitment to providing accurate information to their guests. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They were not only 100% available but also incredibly quick in responding to our queries. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Of course, the apartment's location couldn't be better. It's just a 5-minute walk from all the major attractions in the city. This convenience added a lot to our overall experience. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was its capacity to accommodate a large group of people without breaking the bank. It's safe to say this listing was probably the only option for such a large group right in the city center. As for the furnishings, the apartment is simple in its décor. But this simplicity turned out to be an advantage when traveling with a big group. It allowed us to move around comfortably and make the space our own. I'd like to express my gratitude to the apartment staff for their kind and quick response in preparing the apartment on such short notice. It made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor downside is that the building itself is quite old and could probably benefit from some renovations. However, for a short stay, it wasn't a significant issue. In fact, it added to the charm of staying in an ancient city like Florence.

L’unico problema di questo posto é il pub a musica altissima aperto fino alle 4 di mattina… insonorizzazione 0… impossibile dormire… comunque il posto era pulito e centraissimo

Arredamento inesistente, sembra un mega ostello. Si trova esattamente sopra un locale che fa musica ad alto volume, comodo per frequentare i locali, ma terribile se si vuole andare a letto prima delle 5 del mattino. Il locale chiude infatti dopo le 4:30, prima di quell'ora si sente in tutto l'appartamento la musica provenire dal pavimento... impossibile dormire
