Die Lage ist hervorragend - gleich neben der Accademia. Die Tiefgarage ist 100 m entfernt und gleich an der Ecke ein wunderbar nettes Kaffeehaus.

Mir fällt nichts negatives ein!

I was skeptical at booking this property coz I think it's too good to be true for the price and location. But I'm glad I took the bullet. 1. Location. Your in the middle of the train station 8-10 minutes away and the Duomo 5mins away. Which is sweet spot for me, if you wanna roam around Florence center but also be close to the train. I literally went to 1 museum, went back home, rested for a bit then go back out to the next. Its so convenient. 2. Restaurants. Since the apartment doest have breakfast. Having cafes nearby is important. There's cafe right downstairs. Or you can walk to the Duomo and get breakfast. The Regina Bistecca Restaurant is so near. 3. Washing machine. I stayed 10 days. Washing my clothes is essential at this point. All furniture and appliances are brand new. Host said I was the 3rd guest since it has opened. So everything is working great. 4. Elevator. Elevator going to my room is important as it is the 4th floor. Elevator is brand new. Will fit 2 medium and small luggage. 5. Safety. Apartment has 2 doors. 1 main door for entrance and the door for apartment of course. But I love that the door is so thick and has multiple bolts (automatic one). This is important for a solo traveller like me. 6. Cleanliness. As it is brand new. Everything is clean and spotless.

Just that no garbage pick up. But everything else is great.
