This apartment is stunning! It's in a perfect location and right next door to a shop, a coffee shop around the corner and the best ice-cream shop in Florence less than a 1 minute walk away. The host was incredibly responsive and very organised, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place and want to come back already

The location is fantastic as it is so close to all the attractions. The apartment is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was very small but still a lovely addition to the property. We needed a late check in at 10pm which the host kindly arranged.

The single bedroom is tiny and you have to go through the double bedroom to access it so we decided i would take the double bedroom and my Dad and partner would take the sofa bed in the living area. They definetly got the better option! I have travelled extensively all over the world and this has got to be the nosiest accommodation i have ever stayed in. It is directly opposite the La galleria dell’accademia so there were hoards of people queuing from 6am all day. Then when they go you have people walking down the street and hanging around throughout the whole night. On top of that the neighbours are so loud and often partying into the early hours! The only time it was quiet was 4am-6am. I literally had a couple of hours sleep each night, it was honestly the worst i have ever experienced. The wifi doesnt work in this room either. I have used booking.com for over 20 years and stayed all around the world and this is the first complaint i have made due to the noise. The host did provide a refund of €71.00 but to be honest it wasn’t fair in comparison to having no sleep and ruining a once in a lifetime trip. Sleep in the lounge and you will be fine.
