The location is perfect. It is spacious and beautiful.
We stayed two weeks in July, the a/c didn’t work the whole first week. This made sleeping impossible. My son fixed the a/c on day 5. After that, it was amazing.

The location was beyond expectations. This apartment is absurdly, ridiculously well located. Honestly, it could not have been better. We were literally about 30 seconds from the Duomo and just steps away from the main shopping streets, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see. It made exploring Florence incredibly easy, since we could walk everywhere and come back to the apartment whenever we wanted. The location alone is exceptional. I’ve already recommended the apartment to family members who are planning a trip to Florence.
The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn’t reach the mezzanine quite as well as the lower level, so it could get a little warmer upstairs. It wasn’t a major issue for us, though, and other than that we had no complaints.
