great location, great space for multiple peo ple

We came home and someone had been in the apartment, I assume to fix something as there were boxes and materials left in the foyer, next to out personal items.

Lovely apartment- lovely location -pity there’s no lift - would never stay there again.

There’s NO LIFT. Apartment is at the top of building so u have to climb almost 90 STEPS to get there. There’s no facilities for getting luggage moved - I was quoted €15 to have luggage taken down the stairs! Heating /electricity a rip off quoted €200 for 9 days. There was no way of controlling the heating which was lukewarm and on 24/7 which I didn’t want as I was out all day, every day and only needed the rads on in the evening. There was NO TOASTER supplied. The TV Didn’t work - there was NO SIGNAL. I wasn’t told that there was mosquitoes in the apartment and as a result I got 10 bites on my face and 8 on my hand while I slept on the first night. I had to buy plug in devices to get rid of them, together with citronella spray and special cream for my face. The marks on my face and hand have just cleared up since I came home.

The room was spacious and clean.

When you are booking it isn’t clear in what apartment you’ll stay. The stuff is pretty rude and they’ll charge you for everything. They’re lacking hospitality and it is pretty obvious that you are a walking wallet for them. The security deposit was released a month after, but the person who gave us the keys stated that they are releasing it right after the check out.

Perfect apartment in perfect location!

Perfect location in Florence city center. Well equipped, cute apartment with an amazing view. I had the piano in the room that I loved! Also, receptionist in the office was super nice when we checked out. She printed us the boarding passes and let us leave our luggage in the storage for a few hours.

Do not stay at any apartments florence srl properties

The location was perfect and having air condition during the warm weather was necessary!

When we first arrived, the apartment hand't be cleaned yet even though we were after check-in time and had notified the property of our arrival time. The woman handing over the keys was very apologetic and explained the cleaner was on the way and that we should go for a walk and once we came back it would be clean, which it was. However, on our second night the power blew at midnight, we had been shown the breaker and flipped it several times but nothing worked. I tried to contact the Apartments Florence Srl agency for advice but they have no after hours emergency number which is unacceptable. Eventually I found the 'user guide' for the apartment and found the fuse box to turn the power back on. On our third and final night, the water completely ran out and stopped working, once again in the middles of the night, so we had no way to contact anyone for assistance. We had no running water so could not brush our teeth, shower, or use the toilettes. I sent an email to the company and they did not respond for 7 hrs all while we had no water. When we checked out at 10:30am the last morning, we still had no water. When I asked for a refund for the poor service, the company only offered me 50 euro for the late cleaning but nothing to resolve the power or water issues because it was "out of their control". Pathetic. I travelled around Europe for three weeks and this place was the most expensive, and the WORST experience.

The apartment is good but has this critical electricity issue plus the price seems to be too high

The location is really good. The living room is spacious and the view from the window is really cool. It seems to have everything you might need.

It has real electricity problems which probably are not gonna get fixed because I've seen some comments about it before booking. So basically if you start using a bunch of electrical devices like TV, microwave and something else, the lights will go down. The internet was also not the strongest, couldn't watch videos with the highest quality.

Lovely city to visit but would pick better accommodation next time.

The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. The apartment was in a good location for sightseeing in Florence and had a lovely view.

The 4 flights of stairs with no lift!! The apartment could do with a make over and a coat of paint. Lots of marks on the walls. Uncomfortable bed and sofa bed these could do with being replaced. More seating required in living area for comfort. The sink in the bathroom kept blocking and one night we had no hot water so this needs investigated. The air conditioning unit needed a good clean.

The place was great, but there was a hole in the wall that we noticed on our arrival and there was not enough toilet paper for our large group. Otherwise the apartment was fantastic and comfortable.

The location is very good.

The cleaning wasn't very good and the mattress of the sofa-bed was very unclean. The bathroom was to small and it doesn't match the photographs on booking website. The TV doesn't work and the wifi had problem connection.
