Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The location can’t be beat, it is located a half block from the famous Gilli’s. It’s very modern and tastefully furnished. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient when traveling with a large group. Only negative I can think of is the smell on the first floor of the building. At times it’s overwhelming but once inside you no longer smell it

I could probably write a short novel, but will try to be concise. The location was outstanding one block from Duomo and convenient to many historic landmarks. The apartment was well built but the living room only had one couch and tv. The communications process was bad. I would suggest they have an English speaker/writer develop detailed instructions clearly prepared on how to enter both the building and the apartment, how to control heat and air conditioning, etc. They should do this for multiple languages. There were six of us and were given one key for the building and one for the apartment door. We asked for additional keys and were told we couldn't get any extras. It turns out there were entry keypads on both doors but because of the communications problems we couldn't understand what they were saying. We didn't even need keys. Frustrating!Second issue and a big one was we spent two nights in the apartment with NO heat. I called and texted with the Emergency number provided but never got heat turned on. Disappointing!Hopefully these issues will be addressed. If they are, you won't be disappointed. I unfortunately had to apologize to my friends for the issues and my selection.

The apartment was neat and clean and comfortable. The location is amazing and walking distance to all the key areas, The building is old with a vintage elevator which is small but very cool. The WiFi is very weak. The air conditioning worked well. We had some minor issues but they were responded to quickly.

We had a fantastic time in Florence. This place was perfect for our family of six adults, 3 couples. Loved that we each had our own bathrooms. It was beautiful! It was located close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would highly recommend this place! I would also recommend earplugs for sleeping as it was noisy with the nightlife below. But slept great once I got the earplugs!

You can't beat the location of this property. It is right next to the Duomo and makes it easy to see all of the sights of Florence in no time. The property itself has nice finishes and is taken care of. The only shortcomings that our group experienced was that the wifi in the apartment was lackluster which wouldn't normally matter, but there is hardly any service in the apartment itself. We had to stand near a window to get a call or text out. It isn't a make or break for the apartment, but it was aggravating at times. It also would be nice to have more than two pillows per bed and more than one towel per person when the stay is 4 days long and there are no washing facilities in the apartment. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good place with room in a nice location.

Location, communication and overall expectations were well met. However the outlets didn’t work in one room, another rooms bathroom had very low water pressure and half the lights didn’t work. The couch was hard but the place was cute and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay but if we hadn’t rented the entire space we would’ve suffered not being able to have electricity.

Amazing location and space for three couples. Steps from Duomo, David statue and grocery close by; lots of shopping and fun alleyways to explore. Two issues: poor wifi throughout apartment; host ghosted us regarding getting lights working in master bath- no lights isn't really a "luxury apartment". But overall great experience.

This was the BEST apartment during our 10 day Italian vacation. From Venice, to Florence and then off to Rome, this apartment was a highlight. It is centrally located. Beautifully decorated and the onboarding was AMAZING. Erica was SO exceptional. She met us at the apartment. Gave us great options for food and recommend local contacts for tours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are staying in Florence, this is the spot to choose.

The check in process was a nightmare. We did everything that we were expected to do and had to wait 45 minutes for a response The concierge at this residence was non existent and the company’s employee couldn’t be bothered to communicate with us. The fourth bedroom was not ready to use and the employee did not communicate this to management; she was useless and arrogant All this said, the actual residence was perfect for our family of eight - just make sure to management that you expect them to meet their check in obligations

The location was great. 15 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to ten Duomo. We advised when we would be arriving but still had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the heat. The drain was broken in one bathroom so we asked for it to be fixed and extra towels brought since they needed to be used to dry. The drain was fixed, but the towels were never brought even after asking three times. FYI the showers are marble with no texture so they are very slippery. Beware if traveling with elderly or children.

I had a question about the air conditioning not working correctly, but Edoardo came by to help solve the problem. The apartment is very nice and worked well for us, but there were several problems we had to deal with, one of which never got fixed. The AC in one room didn't work for one night because the previous guests left the window open (and the cleaning people didn't close it). And all 3 showers were clogged at some point in our 4-night stay. In fact there was no day where all 3 showers worked. There was ample time to fix the last one but the manager said the maintenance people were too busy to fix it. I felt like I was constantly texting the manager and repair people about these issues during my entire stay. And while the apartment itself is very new and nice, the entry of the building is dirty and smells of sewage. The apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator is very old, slow, and has limited capacity.

There were six of us ( a family of 4 & a couple). There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out as well as a communal table. Having the ensuite bathrooms made it comfortable for each of the couples. The location is right in the heart of the sights. We enjoyed the property immensely. Our only feedback would be more towels, soap & toilet paper. If you are staying multiple days, I would suggest bringing in housekeeping to change out towels & empty trash.

The apartment is an easy walk, with luggage, from/to the train station - takes less than 15 minutes. The apartment is very large. Traveling along with me, wife and 2 children (age 22 and 20). The location was in the center of everything we wanted to see in Florence on this visit (Academia, Uffizi and several terrific restaurants) and was very clean. Large and well stocked wine and provisions store nearby. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed.

The unit is large, bright and well appointed. We were impressed from checkin to checkout. The host was very pleasant to deal with and communication was excellent. Can’t say enough about the location - it’s in the center of all the activities you will do in Florence. We look forward to returning.
