In the heart of the historic center of Florence, between Piazza del Duomo and the Accademia Gallery with Michelangelo's famous David, this elegant apartment combines the charm of the historic center with the most modern comforts.
Located on the first floor of a newly renovated building with an elevator, the 75 m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It has two spacious double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a second full bathroom. The living area is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen; the single sofa bed can accommodate a fifth person.

Good to know: the apartment is located on the first floor in a building with an elevator. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Air conditioning is regulated by Italian law, which provides for a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.

The host was very flexible with us. We had a health emergency and needed flexibility on check in and out and they worked with us. The apartment was brand new and we felt very secure and safe. There were minor issues with the washing machine (I was so thankful they had it) but they were incredibly responsive (record time) to fixing the issue. You can not beat the location!
