The Pergola35 apartment in Florence exceeded our expectations. Lorenzo’s attentive and accommodating approach made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay, and he ensured all of our questions were answered promptly. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed—modern, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. It featured a consistently reliable hot water supply, a very comfortable bed, and a fully functional kitchen with all essential amenities. Its convenient location near the city center made it easy to explore Florence, while the secure and well-designed entrance added an extra layer of comfort. A standout feature was the in-unit washer and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient.

Location is great and the property has been nicely renovated.
Our room was on the first floor (golf). There was a ton of noise coming from the adjacent apartment (not part of Pergola 35) until after midnight on two of the three nights. It was so loud!!! Additionally, the apartment above our was also noisy and we could hear every foot step until late into the night.
Lastly, the sofa bed couch was super squeaky.
