Lovely apartment. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay, centrally located. Lorenzo was an excellent host and was very helpful. Most local rental properties though have a washer do not have a dryer, Pergola 35 has both.

Excellent apartment location and incredibly welcoming staff

The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. We stayed as a family of four with two young kids and found it met all our needs. It also has a washing machine and drier which we were not planning to need or use but which came in super handy particularly as the washing machine has soap and softener so we did not need to purchase a whole bottle just for a single use. Same goes for the apartment - it has sponges, soaps, kitchen roll etc which saved us from buying all the little things one may need. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable: it was raining when we left and they gave us an umbrella to take home with us!

Nice apartment and great value.

Great efficiency style apartment which faces a relatively busy street. Comfy bed and bathroom. Hosts were super friendly. Appreciated the elevator lift for luggage. Used the washer and dryer in the basement ... worked perfectly! Close to bus line which connects to train station. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Would probably stay here again.

The street noise might disturb light sleepers, but we were fine. Kitchenette area did not have plates, utensils, cups or cookware. Assuming it was an oversight, but did not bother to request.

Perfect stay in top class apartment

This is a first class property/apartment. It is conveniently located in a quiet street but within minutes of central Florence. Immaculately clean and comfortable with Lorenzo giving excellent communication before and during our stay.

Spectacular apartment in the heart of Florence

Beautiful, new apartment in the heart of Florence. Very comfortable for a family of 4! 10 min walk to the duomo and all the main attractions in Florence! Lorenzo is a great host. He was very attentive to all details and gave us great restaurant recomendations! A plus of this apartment is a free washing machine and dryer on the lower level.

Pergola Superb Lorenzo

The property was beautiful having recently been renovated. It is a relatively large building with a number of different apartments. Very well thought out. Our room was big and very well thought through. The location was excellent for all the key attractions. Florence is beautiful with so much to see. The owner of the facility Lorenzo was a great guy and nothing was too much trouble. He gave us advice as to sights to see and good authentic restaurants. Thank you and well done Lorenzo. There was a lovely cafe next door which was a great start to each day.

Great modern apartment

The apartment is in perfect condition. The extras like having some oil, vinegar and salt and pepper was very useful. Lorenzo was also very accessible and assisted us with whatever was needed.

Fantastic apartment, location away from crowds but 10 min walk to all attractions

We wee greeted on arrival and all the apartments facilities were explained. The apartment was very clean and spacious with separate shower and bathroom. Full kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and also laundry facilities. Lorenzo was very helpful printing off train reservations and information regarding local shops, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent location and host, every tourist spot is within 10-15 mins walking distance. The room was spacious and has literally everything you need. We were able to leave our luggage for a few more hours after we checked out, which was amazing

Tastefully refurbished apartment in old building. On quiet side street, close to cathedral, 20 mins walk from station. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Host met us at property and responded promptly to our texts. We were able to leave our luggage on last day .

A good small apartment for family short stay .

Location was good and the owner was friendly and helpful. Very clean and welcoming.

Maybe it’s the same in all the flats in Florence, very sound sensitive. Can hear the family talking upstairs and child running and playing with toy. Sofa bed the spring were bit creaky. Room quite dark , as we slept on the sofa bed in kitchen/diner. Was ok for a few days . Think if we stayed longer we will prefer a brighter room without needing the lights on even in the morning .

A hidden gem

Great accommodation, good location and pretty quiet street. We had a studio apartment, it’s very clean, modern with air conditioning and kitchen equipped with everything such as stove and dishwasher, all other kitchen items like espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. It’s in a nice renovated building with elevator. Lorenzo and Chiara are great people who care about their place, they provided tremendous assistance and support throughout our stay, great communication. I would recommend this place to stay if you visit Florence.

Great location , well appointed apartments with excellent host.

This property has a great location in good walking distance to all attractions yet in a quiet street. The apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed use of the balcony. Lorenzo took great care of us by making dinner recommendations , ordering a taxi when needed and storing our luggage on check out day. There is a laundry room with modern clean appliances. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Lorenzo .

Great place, but too much noise from neighbors adjacent and above.

Location is great and the property has been nicely renovated.

Our room was on the first floor (golf). There was a ton of noise coming from the adjacent apartment (not part of Pergola 35) until after midnight on two of the three nights. It was so loud!!! Additionally, the apartment above our was also noisy and we could hear every foot step until late into the night. Lastly, the sofa bed couch was super squeaky.

Excellent location, modern apartment and great value

We stayed for 15 nights. An excellent stay in a modern , clean and well equipped apartment. Lorenzo who manages the apartments was super quick and professional with all requests. The apartment was great and very centrally located 5 mins walk from Duomo and supermarkets in a quiet side street. Highly recommended for a clean, modern and comfortable apartment in a great location. Great value.

Apartment exceeded our expectations, clean, comfortable, pleasant perfume in all the rooms. Lorenzo - the host was very welcoming, explained everything. Apartment “Golf” was so so clean, everything upscale. Ceilings - amazing- wooden!Beds are very comfortable, everything smells so good!kitchen- you can find everything you’ll need- cups, glasses, pans, plates. I’ll give this apartment 100 if I could! Highly recommend this place.

Pergola 35 is perfect! There is no other words to describe it. The location is 10mins walk to all the major attractions in Florence. Near enough without being too near. There are lots of eateries nearby. The host Lorenzo is super helpful and helped us organize car rental. Such a far cry from our next booking in Rome. We missed him while in Rome! We were in Florence when the temp dropped to near zero and the apartment is still warm and cozy. Really loved it!

Great location! Quiet and a few secs out of the busy areas, but 5-10min walk from all you want to see! The great cafe/restaurant downstairs✨ Lorenzo was a gem!

Beds weren’t as comfortable as I would like. Definitely, I would say, invest a bit more your beds. Mattress/pillows etc. Everything else was wonderful!

The building has recently been beautifully renovated. Great location - Via Della Pergola is a quiet street within walking distance of the major attractions in Florence. There is a coffee shop right next door. The elevator makes it easy to reach all apartments. Our apartment was spacious and extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff (Lorenzo) responded quickly to all of our questions before and after we arrived.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment with a terrace just 5 minutes from the Cathedral by foot. It was close to everything, but surprisingly quiet. In addition, the apartment was sparkling clean and efficient--kitchen, bathroom, bedroom all spotless.

I can't say a negative word--one of the best rentals I have ever used.
