Perfect Stay

Excellent facilities, room was perfect and in a great location.

People in the next room were loud. And we were only separated by a small door, so i could hear everything they said and done

Great location in autentic neighborhood. close to the market, shops and resturants. 15 minutes walk to the duomo and oltrarno. beutiful building, and very nice , new and clean appartment. Caterina was very nice and reachible.

There was strange smell in the bedroom, but got better when we open the window.

Amazing Accommodations!

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere! Staff was pleasant, responsive, and super helpful. Extremely clean, great wifi, lovely space. It's always a little scary when you are making a selection from overseas, but we could have made a better choice.

Superb

Clean, easy access and central to everything. Very quiet even on a Saturday night. We had an apartment at the back of the courtyard so we could not hear a single thing.

The air con was much appreciated for the summer with consistent 39° days over 5 days. However, it may have automatically changed to eco mode at night as at times, it felt really really warm. The toilet cistern occasionally kept running. Minor first world problems.

The location was perfect, minutes from main attractions. The room facing the inner yard was very quiet, in the room facing the street when closing the window did not hear a thing. The appartment was very clean, well designed and did not lack a thing. Caterina, the host, was very nice and responded to all our questions very quickly.

Nice and small cozy apartment in the center of Florence. Very quiet with a nice small garden.

Air conditioner is a bit noisy so if it has to run nonstop during the night it will be harder for some light sleepers to rest.

Great location, fab staff, lovely apartment and comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.

Perhaps some more bits left like teabags etc as we had to ask for more. Also no milk which would have been nice. Perhaps some more towels left as well.

This is a beautiful apartment, very nice location, and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time there and would surely love to come back. One tiny comment; if they can add more pillows :)

Melhor estadia na Itália até agora

Localização, acomodação, limpeza, banheiro (especialmente o box que é enooorme). Além do apoio e ajuda da Caterina que foi muito solícita.

O Wi-Fi não pega muito bem e o colchão estava bem marcado (acho que já precisa ser trocado).
