Location in Florence is ideal. Very close to Ponte Veccia and Uffizi but the apartment was not as clean as expected. Black mold in one shower. No fan or light in loft area which was hot. No knives except table knives so chopping vegetables was difficult . Lots of lids but no saute or frying pan for cooking. Freezers in fridges were frozen over. Size of apartment was good. Sofabed was very uncomfortable but other beds were good. No working elevator.

Great host. She came to check us in and give us the tour of the home. Close walk to everything.

First off, the caretaker was awesome and quick to respond. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again. There were two challenges:-since we were a party of 11, the individuals who slept on the couches were not comfortable.-the kitchen isn’t stocked, so we couldn’t cook breakfast.

A beautiful fabulously located series of connected apartments. It is larger than it appears in the photos and was a perfect place for our 10 guests to stay.

There is so much to say - from bugs on the walls to mosquitoes all over the apt, a sewer smell in the bathroom, mold in the showers, an undisclosed city tax, and a weird layout where you must go through one of the bedrooms to reach another leaving them with no privacy. If you’re traveling with a baby- the elevator does not fit a stroller (nor could we access it) they had a significant surcharge for a crib and confirmed it would be a crib not a pack and play and it was a pack and play with loose sheets posing a safety risk… just a lot of issues. The apartment needs a deep deep clean. Communication with the revolving door of hosts that change hourly each day was a disaster too. While the location was great it was not worth all these issues.

Location location location was wonderful but be aware noisy neighborhood.Apartment is huge and fit our needs for spaceCleanliness was an issue with mold and odor in bathroom showers and spotty hot water Texts to the property management were answered prompt but it took 2 days to have someone fix the issuesA missing door knob on a bathroom door was fixed by taking one off another door and towel warmers not working and unable to be fixed. We did receive extra towels and toiletries when asked because we stayed a week The topper was family members covered in bites- unsure of the source-

Excellently located near Ponte Vecchio and an easy walk to all the major sites and museums. This property was great for 7adults, lots of space.

The appartment is in a fantastic location with local shops, cafes, supermarkets and attractions all really close. The size of the appartment is amazing with 6 double beds in effectively 6 separate rooms. Perfect for me staying with 6 friends. The communication with the agent was great and they are happy to help out, resolving our issue very quickly.A couple of points, the appartment is right next to a club so can get loud outside from say 02:00 -05:00 but didn’t bother us. Also the appartment didn’t have any glasses and only 2 cups. Obviously not enough for 6 men to sit and have a glass of wine. All in all great location, large and well worth the money.

Great location. Not fancy but reasonably priced.

Although the location is spot on with it being in close proximity to most of the city spots there were a few issues. The listing says there are three bathrooms, however, after we checked in we realized one of the bathrooms was locked. Got no response from the person that checked us in and had to get a hold of the property manager. It was only then that we were told that the third bathroom was out of order and cannot be used. Table in the kitchen was a little sticky. There was a lack of some basic amenities, so we had to make some trips to the grocery for soap and toilet paper ( some was provided but not enough for four people). No extra linens in the house because they assume that two people would share a bed instead of one of the pullout couches.

We had a wonderful week in Florence. The apartment was spacious and very centrally located. We were able to move around the city easily. The accommodated our need for early check in and we’re extremely helpful throughout the planning process.

Check in was bery hurried with little information. Only 3 double beds were made up for 6 people. We were one couple and 4 singles. Were charged extra to make up 2 fold out couches. Only one key for us at first. Requested 3 got 2 total. No coffe maker only one small espresso pot. Brought another small espresso pot but had to shuffle every morning to get everyone's coffee. Kitchen and apartment layout very inconvenient. No kitchen towels or soap for washing dishes. Not all of the lights worked in the rooms. No help with tourist's information. No help with getting taxi to train station at checkout. Motorcycles always parked in front of entry door.
Would not recommend for other travelers.

My family of 6 and I stayed 2 nights here. There are some good points: There is quite a lot of room, the 3 beds were comfortable, there are 3 bathrooms and the AC was great. However, there was a number of issues with this rental: the key to enter the building did not work well, the internet did not work and I wouldn't recommend sleeping on any of the couches. The two smaller ones are so short, it is only useful for a child and the mattress in the larger couch in the living room was quite dirty/thin. We couldn't locate plates to use, the front dining table was sticky and I got locked into the front bathroom when I used the key to lock it. If you use it, I recommend not locking it.
