We loved the location. It was very central to all the sites. We only had 3 days to see Florence so every minute we saved in walking we were able to enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful. My boys loved the elevator. The air conditioning was such a relief after a long day in the heat!
The shower door seems to have been broken and replaced with a plastic curtain. Other than that it was great.
