La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento (5 habitaciones dobles más tres baños). Todas las habitaciones tenían Smart TV.
La posibilidad de ir a las 12.00 para dejar las maletas y recoger las llaves...
Las camas muy cómodas.
Repetiría sin ninguna duda!!!!
Una noche hubo bastante ruido hasta las 4 de la madrugada, estaban de fiesta en un bar debajo del apto.
Para limpiar solo había un estropajo, se hecho en falta algún trapo.
En la mayoría de aptos de Europa, te ponen de cortesía café, tes, azúcar, agua.. Aquí no había nada de eso, y por 500 € la noche, quedarían muy bien teniendo esa pequeña cortesía..
Espero que lo tomen como una crítica constructiva y una posibilidad de mejorar.

Property was very clean. We were informed about the number of stairs (80+).
Communication with property was strong at first but not as strong towards the end of our stay.

The location - you could not have a better location in Florence. It is immediately behind the Palazzo Vecchio, but yet quiet.
It is a bit tired. No blankets were available.
