Clean room, friendly staff, great roof top terrace and bar. Breakfast was nice. Perfect location!

The location cannot be beat imo.
The rooms are super comfy and spacious.
My friend had a room with an incredible bridge river view. Just a wow.
My room had a soaking tub which was great.
The elevators are tiny and slow and the stairs are the kind that leave you breathless but such a small quibble.
Staff is exceptional : helpful, smiley, efficient.
Breakfast up on the top floor with outside terrace is A+.
A wonderful option for a stay in Florence.

Absolutely everything was amazing from the time we arrived until we departed.
The entire team was outstanding and deserving of all the credit and I have travelled a ton and this is truly a 10 out of 10!!
