Palazzo Terme by Halldis

Location was excellent. Apartment had plenty of space. Great that it had a washing machine as well.

Second bedroom had a bunk bed, which would have been fine but the bunk was very low. My child sleeping on the bottom bunk didn't have any room to sit up. It was just very lucky that there was a sofa bed that she could use instead. The air conditioning unit wasn't working very well with the extreme heat. It really struggled to cool the apartment down, this would probably have to be replaced. Also, would be a great idea if there was instructions on how to use the washing machine in english and label the detergents in english as well.

Al llegar a nuestro departamento, el calor era insoportable. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no aguantábamos el calor. Le escribimos al propietario y tuvo la disposición de traer a un electricista y posteriormente nos reubicó en otra de sus propiedades llamada Ágatha, la cual es la que estoy evaluando ahora. Me gustó que está súper bien cuidada y preservada. Está totalmente equipada y lista para usarse como un departamento. Es acogedor. Las camas eran súper cómodas y el departamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien cuidado.

Como mencioné, nos reubicaron en otra propiedad llamada Ágatha, lejos de Palazzo Terme. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la ubicación porque estaba lejos de lo céntrico y en un callejón muy oscuro y pequeño, se sentía peligroso. Desde la puerta exterior y las pequeñas escaleras no se ve muy bien, pero por dentro es diferente. Los vecinos arrojan cajetillas de cigarros y un día había mucho olor a cigarro.

It was accessible, central, spacious … and quite lovely! The towering magnolias in the central courtyard were staggering! There was space, light and calm!

The building was impressive and palazzo… The position of the studio was magnificent. the host was quick to respond.

The worst thing is that after booking an added 170 euro cleaning charge was added… ! this should be advertised upfront ….its a single room -who is cleaning it , a solicitor ?It is a studio room, with a sofa bed no bedroom… This should be made clear. I asked for extra pillows for my daughter because she has a health problem and needs to sleep upright and was told this would incur an extra charge of 30 euros...
