Great location and easy access to the apartment. The mattress on the bed has been replaced and is very comfortable. The apartment is quiet and within easy walking distance to all sights and great restaurants Florence has to offer. Apartment has full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Could use a microwave though.

The building was impressive and palazzo… The position of the studio was magnificent. the host was quick to respond.
The worst thing is that after booking an added 170 euro cleaning charge was added… ! this should be advertised upfront ….its a single room -who is cleaning it , a solicitor ?It is a studio room, with a sofa bed no bedroom… This should be made clear. I asked for extra pillows for my daughter because she has a health problem and needs to sleep upright and was told this would incur an extra charge of 30 euros...
