The location was excellent! We enjoyed gazing outside in the early morning and late evening. It was close to all main attractions. The apartment was spacious for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped for daily cooking needs. Having a second toilet & sink came in handy. We appreciated the laundry machine, too.
All the stairs were fine for us but would be challenging for a person with limited mobility or young children. The late-night music on the nearby Santa Trinita bridge impacted our sleep a bit.

This location is the best, see the famous bridge out the window, walk 5-10 minutes to all the attractions. From the outset host Matteo made us welcome and helped with any need or query, even posting on a jacket I left behind. This place surpassed our expectations and is a real gem not to be overlooked. Other places might look fancy, but they won't deliver the real feel of living in the heart of Florence.
