Keys of Italy - Borgo SSApo 13 - Deluxe 2 Family Apts by Ponte Vecchio

It was a beautiful property and perfect location. We were staying in Florence during the heat wave so were grateful for a good a/c as it was hot. Everything that we needed was supplied and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine on the dining room table. We walked everywhere. You are close to shopping restaurants and points of interest.

Really nothing not to like.

I liked the location of the apartment and the spaciousness of the rooms and the apartment. We had 2 apartments across the hall from each other and ample space for 9 people (6 adults, 3 kids). There was a kitchen and fridge and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was no interaction with the hosts for the property. I used the hairdryer provided by the property and it blew the power out but we were able to figure out how to get it back on from the property's instructions.

Termostatul nu se putea regla mai sus ca si temperatura, nu era cald fiind apartamentul mare

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé dans une rue calme et dans le centre de Florence

La chauffage central de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. nous avons certes tardé à contacter l'hôte mais nous pensions qu'une programmation était prévue compte tenu des avertissements écrits sur le manuel de la maison. Ces mêmes avertissements auraient du retenir notre attention... Seulement 3 climatisations réversibles pour les chambres et le salon , totalement insuffisant pour chauffer un appartement si grand alors que les températures extérieures avoisinent 0 degré. Très décevant
