ヴェッキオ橋のすぐ近くで、食事も観光も買い物も非常に便利でした！居るだけで楽しい！
また、いくつか経営しているという安心感と連絡の楽さとレスポンスの早さもありがたかったです。
古い建物なので仕方がないのですが、6人続けてシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出なくなりました。また、廊下や階段がやや配管の臭いがしましたが、部屋は臭わなかったので問題ないです。
スタッフはメールのレスポンスは早かったのですが、食洗機の洗剤が頼んでから２日来なかったり、ねじのはずれていた鏡が結局直してもらえなかったりと、対応の不備は多少ありました。

Location was perfect. Easy to get anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The number of towels was sufficient.
There was mold on the walls that caused allergies to flair up. The entry hall to get to the apartment smelled as if dirty water was used on the floors. Also there could have been more blankets. There was a washer but no obvious accommodation for drying.
