Location, large apartment, communication and ease working with staff, washer and layout.
Wish we had more than one set of keys as it made it very difficult to seperate and meet back. A starter set of coffee and paper towels would've been perfect.

We were met by a member of the management team. He went through all of the property and explained the locks and answered our questions. The first time I tried to lock the door the knob fell off in my hand. The management team was back within ten minutes with a solution. The door/lock was fixed within 40 minutes and new keys delivered to me. We just went around the corner and had some Prosecco while the door was being fixed. I know these things happen and the management team worked quickly and efficiently so that not a minute of my vacation was wasted.
The view on the terrace was incredible! This is why we rented the property and it didn't disappoint!

The rooftop was awesome.
Too complicated to get the keys. It was extremely difficult to get the luggage up the long flights of stairs in the apartment. The remote for the air conditioner did not work and it was very hot and uncomfortable. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper. No Kleenex either.
