Location was fabulous, but make sure your entire party can access 70+ stairs multiple times a day.

We loved the location. It was so easy to access anything we wanted to do. We took two separate day trips and had to walk to the train station which was easily accessible on foot via a 20 minute walk. Having a bar, restaurant, coffee shop right around the corner from this was very nice and convenient. The bathrooms were nice and roomy along with great water pressure. Hairdryers are provided. Lots of great space to sleep for 6 women. Great shopping within a 5-10 min walk.

1. The photos are misleading. We thought we booked an apartment with a view of the river and when we arrived, we were looking at a building across from us. 2. The 70+ stairs to access the apartment (lugging up/down 10+ suitcases was not fun). Having a bar downstairs was nice but also loud at times.

This property was great.

Location is fantastic!! Also having a washer and dryer in the room is brilliant. Shower pressure was awesome. The kitchenette was well stocked and there was sufficient instructions on how to use the appliances.

There are only a couple of minor issues. The beds didn't have a blanket on them and I got cold, so I had to call and arrange for some to be delivered, which they did. I just think they should have them in the room from the start. The room did smell a little damp, but I fully understand that it's an old building and it also doesn't get a lot of natural light, so it's to be expected. Also the showed leaked a lot of water out into the bathroom, perhaps due to the lovely strong water pressure.

Amazing apartment, location, and view!!

Beautiful and spacious, perfect location, amazing view of the river and Ponte Vecchio bridge. My husband forgot his e-tablet when we left and the property had it and offered to send it - above and beyond service!

Great modern apartment and loocation.

The location of the apartment was amazing and a very walkable area. We walked everywhere. The apartment was called Ponte Vecchio it is very rustic with a modern flair. Two of the bedrooms have a loft style room. Has a full washer and dryer. The only negative review I would give it the A/C never cooled, and it was very hot. Coming from the US we except the A/Cs to cool a lot. The lights and A/C work on a key card system like cruise ships. So, if you leave the apartment, you must remove the key to access the unit upon your return. All amenities like coffee pods and machine. Full fridge and tea kettle, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and stove in the larger unit.

The A/C units need to be replaced with something more forceful.

No lift , website is selling different locations under one umbrella. NO LIFT AT ALL. NO PORTER SERVICE. They haven't warned about floor . It on 3rd floor. Its like climbing a mountain. They cominted they would send some help while checkout for luggage. No one came. Horrible experience.

Very convenient location. Lovely little courtyard. Quiet. Used the laundry facilities and kitchen. Staff very responsive. My wallet containing the apartment key was stolen while we were enjoying a church. Staff met us promptly at the apartment with a new key.

Great location but premium pricing

Great location, verlooking the river and at a happening place.

The host should share the whatsapp number with the guests so that communication becomes easy. Contacting them through the customer care is time consuming and tedious. We had to wait for quite some time to collect the keys. Also, they do not provide basic amenities such as dental kit and shaving kit which is a bare basic necessity for travellers. They should offer these amenities since they are charging a premium tariff.

Good location, it was clean and comfortable. A very nice apartment, I love the decoration.

Keep in mind that if a person has any physical difficulties, they must climb several stairs. This is quite normal, It's a very old building, but with beautiful apartments.

Terrible

NOTHING. The booking was made based on location and pictures of luminous, spacious apartments, however the BAIT and Switch was in actuality a Dark , Damp ground floor unit that had no natural light and was full of mildew, with a dozen scent sticks to "hide" or minimize the effect. AVOID this place at all costs.

See Above: Dark, Damp, and mostly no natural light. Completely false photos of what is offered as an apt and what is given. After an overnight international flight, and pre payment in full, economic hostages. AVOID this place at all costs. MAMO mgmt blames booking for the picture assortment but...

Great space for our family of 4. Having a kitchen and laundry was heavenly as we were entering our second week of travel. The caretakers were very responsive when we needed extra supplies. Everything was within a 15 min walking distance. Sofabed isn't the most comfortable.

A stunning apartment in a lovely part of Florence

Noise. I was in the apartment at the front and the noise from the street was significant. I am a very heavy sleeper, but sleep was virtually impossible. The noise echoed up the buildings, until 230/300 am and started again at 6ish.

It is close to Ponte Vecchia but the are many other places in the area. I don’t understand why this place has beeen recommended.

We stayed in an apt in the entrance, couldn’t sleep because of mould smell. We had to cover our mouths and noses to be able to sleep. We were all coughing the next day. Bathroom was very narrow and tiny. It is a very old building so there is no lift. Our friends were staying at the top floor, nightmare to climb those stairs. Thankfully the staff helped them to carry their luggages.

A great location to stay in. Florence, made even better by the personal service of our host.

We enjoyed a lovely three night stay in Florence in this property. It was very centrally located and had all that was promised. The washer and dryer was a fantastic addition and used while we were there. The kitchen was basic but again had everything we needed. Our host was incredible, easy to communicate with and very obliging. In fact, he personally took us to Pisa and arranged tickets for us in his own time and also arranged a lovely lunch by the coast in Sorento on our return trip. On the final day, he personally provided porter service and transferred us to the train station for the next leg of the journey. Would highly, highly recommend this property.

Like most European cities that we have visited, there were many stairs to reach our apartment. However, I do believe that they have other apartments on lower floors in the same complex. We were restricted to the top level apartment because of the numbers in our group. Again Even taking the stairs into account, I would highly recommend this property as Porter service was easily arranged for us.

Proximity to Ponte Vecchio and great food was perfect for our 3 days in Firenze. Loved the beautiful bed/couch and chairs. Appreciate the closed up washer/dryer. Loved the privacy for the family - shared courtyard for the 2 apartments.

The bathroom is super narrow, makes it hard to share to get ready. Not sure how people shave their legs in such a tiny shower … Better pillows would have made for better sleep.
