Superb location with an equally superb view! Accessible to a lot of shops, bus stops, and restaurants. Complete facilities as well, from toiletries to kitchenware. Host is responsive and accommodating, too. Will definitely go back should we return to Florence.

We loved the location. It was so easy to access anything we wanted to do. We took two separate day trips and had to walk to the train station which was easily accessible on foot via a 20 minute walk. Having a bar, restaurant, coffee shop right around the corner from this was very nice and convenient. The bathrooms were nice and roomy along with great water pressure. Hairdryers are provided. Lots of great space to sleep for 6 women. Great shopping within a 5-10 min walk.
1. The photos are misleading. We thought we booked an apartment with a view of the river and when we arrived, we were looking at a building across from us. 2. The 70+ stairs to access the apartment (lugging up/down 10+ suitcases was not fun). Having a bar downstairs was nice but also loud at times.

Excellent location, very clean apartment, excellent mattress, and nice decor, furniture, and equipment. In many respects, the apartment had great features.
Unfortunately, check-in was problematic, with a wait outside and a keyless entry system that did not work properly at first. The apartment was also extremely humid and had a very unpleasant smell from the moment we entered, and the heating/air-conditioning issue was never properly resolved despite being acknowledged during the stay. Communication afterwards was frustrating and contradictory, which made the situation even more difficult.
