Great location and view, Matias is super responsive
Can be quite noisy at night as all rooms windows are towards the street. Apartment can smell a bit like sewers as well but goes away very quickly as soon as we open windows

Our stay began with the staff, Cesare, meeting us at the apartment. The owner had been in touch since I booked the apartment with information on check in and our time of arrival. We were able to arrive early, leave our luggage, get the keys and then return after 3:00 pm to settle in. The location is perfect putting you in easy walking distance of many great sights throughout Florence. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms., really liked the huge bath towels The view over the Arno river and of Ponte Vecchio bridge is amazing. We can highly recommend this apartment, the owner and the staff. .

Amazing location and view. Plenty of space. Elevator building.
Uncomfortable beds and couches. Unpleasant smell in hallway and somewhat in apartment as well. Old food left in refrigerator by prior guests.
