Our beautiful apartment is located a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio. Equipped with air conditioning in every room 2 large rooms with 2 complete bathrooms complete Apartment kitchen dining room and large living room view monuments Dome Duomo Ponte Vecchio Palazzo Vecchio Giotto's Campanile Uffizi. Equipped with SMART TV 65 ’’ NETFLIX FREE. Washing machine Dryer, dishwasher, Cappuccino coffee machine toaster, microwave oven and conventional kettle is much more. The building rebuilt at the end of the Second World War on the banks of the Arno River allows from the living room on the 5th floor to enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole monumental city. From the windows and the balcony overlooking the Arno river sunsets can be admired and all major monuments including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Dome Del Brunelleschi's Dome with Giotto's Bell Tower

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely magnificent. The hosts were incredibly attentive, always responsive to our questions and thoughtful about our needs. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very comfortable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the major attractions Florence has to offer. We truly can’t say enough good things about our hosts—they went above and beyond to make our visit special. We loved the apartment. Host was very communicative and made checkin process easy for us. The parking garage next door is a huge convenience. The apartment had everything we needed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Stepping out of the front door into the heart of old florence was a special experience each and every time. This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Owner very responsive and helpful. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Modern kitchen, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The one shower is a tad small but we managed. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous, perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio. We caught several amazing sunrises from the mini balcony. Perfect location with grocery store right across the street, not to mention tons of shops, gelato, etc. Loved our stay here!

Absolutely perfect riverfront property! Spacious and clean. Location is ideal! View is stunning… overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the skyline of Florence including the top of the Duomo! Two comfortable bedrooms that sleep three adults each. Plus a comfy couch and the hosts were so kind to set up a cot for an extra guest! We slept 7 adults and one child comfortably. Two bathrooms were a must for so many people. The washer and dryer were so convenient! The elevator carried two at a time and ran reliably. Air conditioning was most welcome in August! Although it is in the travel restricted zone, if you park in the garage nearby, the “penalty fee” is included in the parking cost. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Loved everything about our stay in Florence (we have been before staying in a hotel) but we would not do that again the apartment was lovely, it was everything you’d want & more! The view is amazing especially the Ponte Vecchio completely stunning day & night! The apartment is close to all the major attractions & restaurants & supermarkets all within easy walking distance. We got a taxi from the airport for 35 euros. Both Luciano & Alina kept in touch making it all very easy including self check in & out it was much easier than expected. We would 100% stay here again! One small thing just for info we couldn’t find tea towels. But honestly that’s it. Big thanks had a fab time!! Pam Ray Katie & Shane

This apartment is in the most perfect location. All the major sights are within walking distance but the neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the river. Great restaurants just a few doors down. Most importantly during this heatwave the AC was the best we experienced in Italy!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment, which was exactly as it was described. Alina and Luciano were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was perfetto! There was a cute place nearby for breakfast and aperativos. The clothes washer and dryer came in handy and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very nice and accurately described. We loved being right on the Arno River and close to a lot of wonderful restaurants. The only downside was it was relatively noisy in the bedrooms with street noise, but that is somewhat to be expected given how busy the area is. It was great to have a washer and dryer and the apartment was well equipped overall with everything needed for an excellent visit.

The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It’s extremely clean and is a classic Italian apartment. I did think it was going to have 3 bedrooms so I was a little confused by the listing. Alina was so easy to deal with and as flexible on timing. The view was worth stunning and can’t be beat. It’s amazing!!!

The apartment is great — on the 5th floor (don’t worry, there’s an elevator) with a panoramic view of Florence. There’s even a small balcony that opens over the Arno - loved standing out there in the morning with coffee. The apartment is very clean and even has a washer and dryer. We had 5 adults staying with plenty of room to keep everything comfortable. Luciano and Alina were so attentive and helpful as our travel to Florence involved a lot of delays. We hope we have the chance in the future to stay there again.
