Carapelli Apartments

The property was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was excellent and close to the attractions, but still quiet. Check in was quick and straightforward and the owner gave clear instructions.

The only thing missing were the cushions on the outdoor seating which are on shown on the original photos.

A fab apartment in fabulous location for a visit to Florence. We keep going back .

I was informed a few days before my stay the grotto hot tub was not working. This was a big reason why I rented this place. Never got a reply when I inquired if it would be fixed by the time of our stay. I was hoping to get some sort of refund because I was not able to use it! So disappointed!! It was so pretty too and would have felt amazing after a long day walking around! There were also over 20 air fresheners throughout this apartment. Anyone with a sensitive nose would not have been able to stay. No idea what smell they were trying to cover up but it was so weird. There was nothing inviting at all about the terrace area. Finally the second "bedroom" is a pull out couch - not an actual bed! They really should just put a regular bed in that bedroom. Extremely uncomfortable!!!!
