Our host Jenny was delightful, and the location and the aparmtent are absolutely stunning, the facilities were super comfortable. It really exceed our every expectation, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!!

The location is perfect! The views are stunning. The amenities are spot on, nothing was overlooked. The AC was actually central instead of wall mounts which is rare in Italy. The steps were easily manageable and they offered help with luggage at arrival. Isabella and her team were always available and ready to help. 10/10!!!! We will definitely stay again.

Locations was great, apartment itself was great.
The hosts...every question asked was met with a no or no response at all. I asked if I could check in early - no bc they had people in that day, check out was 10 am and check in was 3 pm, but the person did not meet me for check in until 4 pm bc they said the people checked out late. I asked if I could check out late because my flight was late in the evening, again no. The keys do NOT work well, I asked for other keys that would work, they said no the problem is the locks are old. I asked for a code as that is how the other building occupants got in, they said they would check but never got a response. When I checked in the very nice man who met me to show me things could not get the umbrella in back terrace to open and neither could I. The man was going to ask the hosts to send someone over to open it for us....never happened.
