Location, amazing views.

Air con could have been better

The location is excellent, with relatively easy access to most attractions. The property is clean and the facilities were of a good standard.

There is no lift access in the building and also there were no English TV channels, which is a shame given that it’s an international and touristic city

Locations was great, apartment itself was great.

The hosts...every question asked was met with a no or no response at all. I asked if I could check in early - no bc they had people in that day, check out was 10 am and check in was 3 pm, but the person did not meet me for check in until 4 pm bc they said the people checked out late. I asked if I could check out late because my flight was late in the evening, again no. The keys do NOT work well, I asked for other keys that would work, they said no the problem is the locks are old. I asked for a code as that is how the other building occupants got in, they said they would check but never got a response. When I checked in the very nice man who met me to show me things could not get the umbrella in back terrace to open and neither could I. The man was going to ask the hosts to send someone over to open it for us....never happened.
