Air conditioning worked great and the overall apartment was just as described. The location was very central.
The apartment we stayed at was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator to help bring suitcases.

We first got to the apartment and both the water & power was off. We were told the water & power would be back on in 30 minutes. After 3 hours of waiting for the water & power to turn back on they gave us an apartment a few blocks away that was significantly better than our original apartment. However, the initial apartment was small, had no view, and was up three flights of stairs.
