The property is well located in the historic neighborhood of Florence, so convenient to get to wherever. It’s literally a 10min walk to get to wherever. We managed to walk from the train station with our luggage to the property. Convenient facilities nearby, grocery, pharmacy & café bars all around. We were graciously greeted by our host Claudio who explained & guided us on our stay which was greatly appreciated.
There are trade offs when staying in a centrally located area - one of them is the noise level coming from the streets below. We stayed in early June, whereby there’s an increase in tourists, so local bars & restaurants were busy catering to patrons & there were instances whereby you would hear people still roaming the streets in the middle of the night

The location was good. The unit was very clean! Claudio was helpful and attentive. The washing machine was an extra bonus.
The bed and pillows are a little on the harder/firmer side. And the shower was a little tight for my larger husband.
