Great location, every amenity we needed was provided. Good restaurants nearby and even a small grocery store.

The location is truly exceptional - 1544 minute son foot from the main train station, 5 mins from the Duomo, even less to the Statue of David at the Accademia Gallery. NBot hing we wanted to reach was more than 15 minutes away on foot, except the Piazza Michelangelo and that was about 30 minutes, a wonderful wal that we enjoyed.
The second bedroom is open to the living area downstairs, and we ran the washing machine the first night - the cycle was extra long and quite loud, so it was a bit of a disturbance. By contrast, the street boiuse was hardly noticeable at all.

Location is fantastic. Room spacious. Beautiful main entrance of a 17c building.
I asked for two sets of blanket as I travel with my family and we would like to have separate blankets. The hotel’s response was terrible and even if it was cold at night they wouldn’t provide extra blankets. Terrible terrible attitude. PLUS - no room cleaning, no luggage keeping after check out. The washing machine didn’t work at all.
