First of Florence

Location, apartment is beautiful

I asked for a missing towel and not provided

We loved this property as the location was so perfect and central for any Florence exploring! The staff also were so attentive from checking us in and showing us how to get in and use the codes to topping us up with extra toilet paper we needed. Also a wine window across the road 😉

It was an all round lovely apartment to stay in. Perfect for any family or friends to stay while vacationing in Florence.

—> Excellent location.10/10 —> Vintage kind stay - high ceilings, long curtains , —> house kind structure where bedrooms on upper Floor and kitchen living dinning are at lower levels —> 3 AC, one tv in living room only —> 3 sofa beds + 1 queen bed + one twin bed —> enough pot + pans + crockeries —> extra towels , comforter —> dishwasher , washing machine with dryer —> microwave

—> only one room having doors having twin bed and single sofa bed. —> not a private bedroom ( having at least queen bed ) —> because of having high ceilings AC does not habing enough cooling despite of there are 3 AC . —> very compact kitchen … two person can’t fit. —> dryer is not working properly. —> washing machine soap was not provided. —> salt and Oliver oil and coffee were provided , missing sugar. —> on our day of check out we found common bathroom was leaking and water came out of Washroom till dinning area.

Location is fantastic. Room spacious. Beautiful main entrance of a 17c building.

I asked for two sets of blanket as I travel with my family and we would like to have separate blankets. The hotel’s response was terrible and even if it was cold at night they wouldn’t provide extra blankets. Terrible terrible attitude. PLUS - no room cleaning, no luggage keeping after check out. The washing machine didn’t work at all.
