Hotel room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent. The location is phenomenal if you want to be close to the Duomo. My impression when I booked was that it was a private terrace but it is actually shared with 2 other rooms with some plants between to mark the space and add a little privacy. Just to know if that was a selling point for you. I would absolutely stay here again!

The entire stay was phenomenal. The host greeted us, and took such good care of my friend and I. He was beyond kind and helpful. In all my travels, I have never experienced service like this. The suite was even more beautiful in person. All the special touches made the room exceptional! The location cannot be beat either. We will definitely come back and stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious! This place is a must stay in Florence.

The staff here was wonderful! So kind and helpful. The room and view were stunning. The included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Florence!

Pure luxury! Beautiful rooms, great service, lovely breakfast and some lovely unexpected extras. Location couldn’t be better. Would highly recommend.
