This is the heart of Florence, steps from everything. My room was pleasant and clean. The hotel is on the second floor so I preferred walking up the stairs to dealing with the elevator but there is one available.

The hotel had a water leak in our room and put us is an apartment next door that was wonderful. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Florence amazing.

Lovely, quiet property with nice amenities. Right across from the Duomo so convenient to many things you’d like to see. I had to check in late and they made it really easy for me to get in and super responsive for any questions that I had. We’d definitely recommend a stay here.
