Fantastic location. Large modern room

Despite the minor difficulties, we had a comfortable stay jn the hotel.

The room is standard size with enough space for the luggage. Facilities are clean and new. Bed and linens are soft and comfortable. The location is very close to the Florence Duomo or Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and many restaurants and souvenir shops around. The staffs are kind and helpful.

The building is old but rooms are newly renovated. It has no signage to easily locate the hotel and the reception is on the 1st floor. You have to press the button in the entrance to talk to the receptionist. The building entrance does not look like a hotel. It’s an ordinary building entrance and you have to find the elevator as it does not look like the usual elevator. The elevator is also small.

This hotel is a really great value, especially for the room size and location.

The breakfast was pretty standard. The room was giant and the bathtub had jets, which was a pleasant surprise. Perfectly located near the Duomo and walkable to everything, including the train station.

I wish they would've had eggs at breakfast for some protein other than meat. I also wish they provided lotion as part of the toiletries, but otherwise everything was great.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Everything was great, the location is just a minute away from the Duomo. Our room has been cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of this hotel because it had a clean room, nice hotel, and perfect location.

It was hard to get into the hotel after night since there's not a 24 hour desk, but other than that pretty straightforward good place to stay.

We loved the location, the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The showers were nice and hot, great after a long day out.

The only real downside was the bed. It was unreasonably firm.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was just perfect. It was such a nice surprise that the room and bathroom were huge. The price was very reasonable and competitive. The location could not be better. Just well done!

Excellent Location, Clean, Spacious, Good Air Conditioning

This place was great. I can’t say that enough. Probably the biggest room I’ve ever had in Europe. I booked a double bed, which was larger than most Italian double beds. It also had a sofa bed. The AC worked well. It was super clean and modern. The location was excellent, really close to everything and still quiet at night. It was easy to check in. They stored my luggage after checkout for free. The room had a mini fridge, safe, large Tv, hair dryer. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hallway light shined around the edges of my door all night and was very bright. I had one of those airline eye masks, which helped.

Excellent stay in a stunning city - if you sleep deeply and want location and professional hospitality above a huge hote

Firstly the staff - fabulous -helpful- happy and very accommodating. Location amazing Clean new hotel No frills No silly costs. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the only negative was the lack of soundproofing between the walls- our neighbours mobile phone (which they could have turned off) vibrated through the thin walls for 2 nights. The staff tried to help but it was simply out of their hands.

Nice modern room in an old building very close to the Duomo

Amazing location less than 100 mts from the Florence Duomo, room was spacious and comfortable, staff was very friendly, hotel is on the first floor of a building but getting in and out was not a problem.

The taxi cannot come to the door, due to traffic limitations in that area. You have to walk about 100 mts to the corner with your luggage. The hotel has no breakfast (not usual in Europe at that price range), fortunately there is a great breakfast cafe next door!

Oasis de paz en el corazón de Florencia

El desayuno super correcto, y vale mucho la pena para salir ya con fuerzas a disfrutar de la ciudad. La ubicación inmejorable, en el corazón de la ciudad, al lado del Duomo, pero a la vez un oasis de paz, muy confortable bonito y nuevo, con mucho encanto

Hotel en el mismo centro de Florencia.

Ubicación inmejorable. Habitación con todo nuevo y limpio, el baño también. El personal de recepción súper amable. El desayuno era muy correcto: bollería recién sacada del horno, yogures, cereales, mermeladas, miel, tomatitos, mozarella, salami y jamón. La persona encargada del desayuno era muy atenta y estaba pendiente de reponer constantemente si faltaba algo.

Por decir algo un día no repusieron el papel higiénico pero en recepción nos lo dieron sin problemas. Tampoco lavaron ningún día las tazas de cortesía que deja con tés y cafés el hotel.

Me senti roubada

Gostei do espaço grande e de ser bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pe.

A acomodação alegou que danificamos 2 abajus e cobraram 80 euros!!! Nao me mostraram imagens sobre o valor do abajus em algum site comprovando. Alem disso, tenho ctz que nao requebrei nada, se nao teria escutado, no mínimo rs.
