Casual Rinascimento Firenze by Casual Hoteles

Location, breakfast and staff were all outstanding

N/A

Great location, very central. The staff were superb and so very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and warm. Breakfast was really good too. The rooms were magnificent and we were at the back of the hotel, which was so quiet.

We couldnt fault anything

Hotel was charming with a unique balance of history and modern decor. We had two rooms, and enjoyed the modern design with views of the street below. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options (cereal, eggs, fruit, yogurt, baked goods) to suit our family and good coffee. Air con was great during very high heat in July! Lovely restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing

Breakfast was good. Location was good. I like that I got a discount from the parking garage.

Unfortunately on our first night we were not in a 2 bedroom suite that I booked. I had booked a room with a balcony, but we got a 1 bedroom unit with a living room with a pull out sofa bed that was horrible. When I mentioned it to front staff the next day that we had a terrible sleep on the pull out couch they were kind enough to move us to my originally booked room. This second room was fantastic with 2 proper bedrooms and the balcony that was pictured when I originally booked it.
