The location was is central but on a very quiet street. The reception staff are fabulous..very kind an helpful. Loved the pool and sauna, especially since it was incredibly hot outside. cleaning staff do an immaculate job.
There was no hair conditioner. Our room was near an elevator and it sometimes got a little noisy.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. I like that I got a discount from the parking garage.
Unfortunately on our first night we were not in a 2 bedroom suite that I booked. I had booked a room with a balcony, but we got a 1 bedroom unit with a living room with a pull out sofa bed that was horrible. When I mentioned it to front staff the next day that we had a terrible sleep on the pull out couch they were kind enough to move us to my originally booked room. This second room was fantastic with 2 proper bedrooms and the balcony that was pictured when I originally booked it.
