My second time at this place ; and not the last ! I adore this hotel for the location and the building itself, in an old florentine palace from Renaissance. I had an accident this time and hurt my ankle very badly and the personal was just ADORABLE with me and helped me a lot.

The location was fantastic! The view of the street with restaurants, shopping, etc., was great. The security was excellent. The air conditioning was great!
The only refrigerator was a small community space. All guests shared the same refrigerator. With this being a Bed & Breakfast, we felt that breakfast should be included. Breakfast was an additional charge. We stayed in a room right next to the office desk. Next time, we would like a different room.
