Great location right in the middle of Santa Croce, a lovely area. Everything was decent, clean, not much light but not too bad. It was overall quite comfy.
A few technical issues, mostly solved quite quickly. It’s quite dark in the flat, to be expected in florence because of the narrow streets. There’s not much else to say.

Very nice location, nice host, he helped us with the luggage the day after. Big space, nice room.
The bathroom could be better, compared to the rest of the apartment. We could hear the neighbors above.

Location. It doesn't get much better, it was perfect for us to go explore the city early in the morning, have lunch and then come back to this place for a nap 😁. The facilities are functional and all we needed (we didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that). Great value for money.
We got all we needed and expected for this place at this price, so we don't really have anything bad to point out.

Location was perfect . The heating system was working well. House very big.
You are not booking entire apartment this is not mentioning in description. There is one more room and bathroom. I was shocked during my stay I heard noice coming from outside of my bedroom than when I go out to living room I saw a man he told me he booked other room so we shared living room and kitchen. Also internet connection so poor in the bedroom. The bed was not clean
