"Gorgeous rooms that are beautifully decorated. We were able to check in early, which was so nice with the heat outside. The Jr suite terrace has so much space and is lovely."

It is located in the heart of Firenze’s historic centre. We were able to walk to the beautiful locations on our list. We enjoyed the old city enormously.
The shower frequently stopped in the middle of a shower. Some furnishings were tired and stained. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the dishwasher poorly maintained and didn’t work well. We were not supplied with detergent for either the dishwasher or manual washing up until we requested it. The bathroom was small and a bit primitive but functional.

We were in the Jr Suite Terrace and there are a lot of steps. I worried I might trip bc I’m so clumsy but stairs are nice and wide. Could be a bit better lit.

Location
No staff at the time of checkin. We had to wait for almost an hour to get into the door. There were phone numbers give ln for any issue but most of the times no one picked up the phone.
