Location plus comfort.
Check in formalities was very confusing and even though we paid for early check-in due to some error at the hotel’s end we were sent to a different hotel and only got the correct hotel address and rooms after 1.5 hours of us reaching the address communicated by the hotel via email. Was very difficult with three children and a senior (63 year old lady) in the group.

Location and comfortable bed
Room cold - eventually discovered boiler was turned right down. No check in staff and apart from one nice guy doing breakfast never saw anyone. Not really a Palace either - bit oversold with photos of the palace opposite not being the hotel!

Location
No staff at the time of checkin. We had to wait for almost an hour to get into the door. There were phone numbers give ln for any issue but most of the times no one picked up the phone.
