    4th floor room was a challenge for seniors with heavy baggage. Location was fantastic. Room was very large and bathroom was beautiful.

    2nd floor in Europe means 3rd floor (US). There was AC but like all hotels we stayed in Italy, AC was on medium to low cooling end. We were able to get a room with the view of the duomo which was amazing.
