Relais Condotta has large, stylish rooms, welcoming staff and a location that can't be beat

Beautiful, large, sparkling clean, modern and stylish room with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Fantastic location with almost all the key tourist sights just steps away or within a short walk. Plentiful restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for both sightseeing and dining.

As a guesthouse, this property has very limited public spaces and offers no on-site breakfast. However, these limitation were more than made up for by the size and quality of our guest room and the prime location, with all of Florence at our doorstep. We loved the ease with which we could explore nearby cafes for breakfast and cocktails.

The entrance to get to the reception/rooms is a shared space and is up on level 3 using a small lift. It was a bit weird but the room certainly made up for it

Perfect for walking to the main museums and attractions in Florence. Wonderful personal attention and perfect communication before and after arrival via WhatsApp. Everything went very smooth with a help booking a taxi in the middle of the night to depart to the airport by super helpful Lucio. The property was well-located, clean, and nice to stay in! The staff is very friendly and communicative, making our check-in and out process very easy! The room was clean, well-equipped and spacious.

The location was spectacular, right in the middle of everything! The room was cozy, super comfortable, and spotless, exactly what we needed for our one night stay in Florence.

The staff had me download WhatsApp simply to send me the codes for the front door and hotel door when these codes could've been given to me in person at check-in, there was no need to download the app just for this. They also sent me several massively long WhatsApp messages with local recommendations which generally would be appreciated except I said I didn't need them. They also said they would pre-book us a cab in the morning to the airport, never confirmed it was booked until I reached back out, only to learn they could not pre-book us a cab because of a holiday. We had a lot of trouble the next morning getting a cab until we walked into A DIFFERENT HOTEL LOBBY and asked for help and they called us a cab within one minute. Really poor customer service overall, and I would not stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms and professional reception service

The location of the Relais Condotta is perfect as you are in the city centre near beautiful local landmarks and amazing osterias and bakeries. Lucio, the recepcionist, was highly professional and kind in offering a great list of places to visit and local places to eat as well. It is important to mention as well that the rooms are clean everyday and it is all an impecable service. All the ammenities worked well and the decoration is that of mini-palace. We cannot wait for our second visit to Florence to stay here as it proved to be reliable and amazing place to stay.

Beautiful gem of a hotel in a fantastic location

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the perfect location. The room was huge! Loved the decor and it was very clean and comfy. The location is perfect as it's close to all the major attractions.

There was some noise from the street - just people talking whilst they were walking. We always sleep with a white noise app so it didn't bother us but I did notice there were ear plugs in the bathroom so I assume it must be an issue for some people.

A beautiful hotel in a great location (albeit very noisy).

The location was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was particularly excellent, with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very tastefully designed.

The noise! Not the fault of the property, but still worth mentioning so others are aware. It's the one thing that would potentially stop me from returning. They do provide ear plugs, but I can't sleep with them. The noise was beyond what I expected, and went literally all throughout the night and into the morning. The street noise amplifies right up the building, and was really extreme. People screaming, yelling, partying, street cleaning trucks etc.

The noise from outside was really quite bad. The windows were shut but did not stop any sounds coming through. You expect a certain level of noise when you are in such a central location but this was too much. Maybe the windows werent fitted right.

Excellent location. The high end aesthetic , tastefully furnished. Teresa and Fatima were excellent hosts providing great communication and advice and for arranging departure transport. Air conditioning and a lift are big bonuses.

very clean, but if you like to unpack your clothes and toiletries, no where to put things

Extremely clean. Generally quiet. Easy check in/check out. Great location--easy to walk to major attractions. There is a kettle with instant coffee (but no coffee machine as described).

Shower did not drain well which made it difficult to take a shower. Room was large but nowhere to put things if you like to unpack your suitcase. There were a few hangers but not a single drawer in bedside tables or console/desk. No countertop in bathroom either to put toiletries. There is construction project in the courtyard so there was some hammering noise early morning. I sent a comment about the shower, but no follow up or response. An acknowledgment would have been appreciated.

We loved the room decor, the old painted ceiling, the clean & modern bathroom, large tv, and the ample space for all of our things and activities.

The dark entryway on the bottom floor to get to and from the elevator and the firmness & split of the mattress.

Nice room in the very centre of Florence. Fatima met us on arrival outside the entrance because it’s a little tricky to find. Fatima was very nice and helpful with lots of information. The room is nicely furnished. The bathrooms are a little tired and need updating. The rooms are in an old building and the bathroom plumbing struggles, warm water can take a long time, shower water flow can stop and start. Florence city centre is old and a lot of building work is going on, including the building where these rooms are. Noise from the building works and street can make sleep difficult, take ear plugs. Location is excellent for the sites of Florence.

A gem in the center of Florence!! Perfect for our family of 11 adults!!

This property is wonderful!! Location is amazing, rooms are super comfortable and new, and there is an elevator!! The staff - especially Teresa - was so accommodating and helpful. Check in was easy and she helped us get taxis to the station for our big family of 11. This property is a gem in the center of it all - two minute walk to Piazza della Signoria, five minute walk to the Duomo. Shopping, restaurants and cafes within minutes.

There is no downside to this property. The only missing accommodation were shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but there was all purpose body soap you could use in a pinch.

Beautiful rooms and a great location near the Duomo. The beds were comfortable, the room was super clean, and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Fo one of the rooms we stayed in, there was barely any place to put our belongings in the room and in the bathroom. The other room had plenty of closet space. The one other downside was the luggage storage for check-out days that was not available on site but in the other location of the hotel, which does not have an elevator (there's one, but many steps before you reach the elevator).

Fabulous, clean and spacious room with lovely frescos on the ceiling. The rooms are well located less than 5 mins walk from Uffizi and Duomo. Faisal and Teresa shared an excellent list of local, high quality recommendations and made us feel very welcome. Great B&B stay 10/10

Rooms are on 3rd floor accessible by lift. Note there is some construction on lower floors but no noise audible from room and doesn’t impact stay.
