The place is an absolute gem. In terms of location seriously nothing can beat it . It is just behind the main plaza so you are literally in the very heart of the city. The room was excellent and more spacious than the pics show. It has a small fridge and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which for vital for us with temperatures outside around 40. We had a triple room with external private bathroom which wasn’t an issue at all as it was just a step opposite to our room and was new and modern and had all you consumables you might need. The owner was very kind and attentive and the communication with him was flawless before and after our visit. He even helped us with a personal issue. Thank you!

The location was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful - Guiseppe goes above and beyond and helped make our stay so enjoyable. The room was good and the bed was really comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay in Florence - we'll defintely be back!

Location close to Duomo and train station.
Room had broken window (hinge at top of window detached), small shower and tea kettle that did not work. Noisy in middle of night - perhaps from the broken window?
