Gattopardo Rooms Florence

The rooms were nice and spacious, it’s also in a good location, so many shops nearby!

Location Perfact . Bed was supper comfortable. Bath room was clean .

Room was cold Heating did not turn on at all. Used towel was left in the bathroom. It is better to provide a basket which use towel leave on it at bathroom area.

Great location, very clean bathroom, and the room itself was enormous. More than enough for us. Bed also extremely comfortable!

There is almost zero customer service whatsoever – no one manning the desk, no one responding in a timely manner to emails, all instructions left to a few laminated sheets of paper – which was perfectly okay for me and will please people who like that kind of hands-off approach, but might irk some people who feel otherwise about the idea of hospitality...

Location was great easy to have access to all touristics places by foot The cleaning Team is really friendly and helpfull

6 nights there, unpossible to sleep during the night before 5 am too noisy due to some nights clubs around and drunk tourists screeming in the streets during the night. Room was not bright Shared bathroom and WC which became easily dirty with weird smell. Dirty towels were left by other guests. Staff or other guest in the evening started to smoke inside. No physical Reception at all the Full name was written at the door of the room to welcome us which is nice gesture but its against European Data Protection law GDPR because other guest will know the names of the persons who are staying in the rooms
