The location was incredible. The rooms were clean and the air con was very good. The common areas were great too and includes a full kitchen should you want to prepare your own meals to save money.
The bathrooms were private for your own usage but we didn’t realise they would be external to the room when we booked. The room is pretty small but we were only there for 3 days so it was fine. Could be tricky for longer periods if you are wanting to unpack more.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be more perfect, only 15 minutes from the train station (and an easy walk) and 5 minutes from all the main attractions, plus lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed to escape the heat. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, we felt totally at home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay - we will be sure to recommend this place to friends & family also visiting Florence!

The location is excellent. It's only few meters away from all the tourist spots. The staff are nice and approachable.
There is no elevator but its located in first floor so it's not too bad.

Really close to main attractions.
Our bathroom door handle was broken and no table to put our stuff, everything was on the floor. Not too clean.
