Excellent stay, the location is exceptional. Right in the heart beat of Florence. a 10 minute walk from the train station, so many food options and great little bars within minutes. Bianca was lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Bianca was so kind and hospitable. We felt so welcome and comfortable. She let us keep our bags there while we waited for our train. Great location too :)
Hairdryer caught on fire but Bianca replaced it very promptly with a better one!

Really close to main attractions.
Our bathroom door handle was broken and no table to put our stuff, everything was on the floor. Not too clean.
