The proximity to el centro made getting out easy and we were able to walk easily to the places we planned to visit.

Firstly, it was asked that we notify the residence when we would arrive so they could let us in through the doors. Once we arrived and notified the residence, we received no response until I had to call 20 minutes later. They only buzzed the first door open, and we had to be let in by other residents to the second door before we got access to our keys/ room. There is only one bathroom shared between 3 rooms, so depending on the generosity of the neighbors, going to the bathroom or showering was tricky and the neighbors often rush to and took up the bathroom, so we had to find (and often pay) for other bathrooms outside of this stay. The room was too warm, it came with an “AC Unit” but hardly worked, even at full speeds, a small fan would have been nice for airflow.

Location very central in Florence, ideal location. Nice staff easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

One shared bathroom between the rooms meant we needed to leave a bit more time to use these facilities but only a minor inconvenience and we knew this when booking.

Simple but lovely stay

The room was in a great location for easy access to all the sights, and the bedroom itself was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Our host was great and responsive with any needs we had.

As others have mentioned, the shared bathroom was a bit dirty but to be expected when sharing.

Good central location with a shared bathroom

The property was very central, in walking distance from every attraction. The place was clean, the bed was ok and the hosts were very nice.

At night it was a bit cold and we couldn’t turn on the heating. Also the shared bathroom could use some ammenities, because every time I went to the bathroom I had to bring hand soap and toilet paper from my room.

1. It was ridiculously cold, and the heating was not working and there was no remote control for the air conditioner. The host replied that they allow you to use it only in the summer. 2. There is no kitchen (even if it showed in the pictures), and not possible to have even a tea in the room or outside of it. No fridge, no nothing. 3. The window is not closing properly, so even if it is a small rain, you hear it very well. 4. The host didn't ensure in advance of the city tax payment. I needed to pay city taxes when I was already at the door with my luggage in the rain. 5. I was traveling for work, so I needed an invoice, the host said "yes, no problem", and after stopped to answer my messages and calls. I suppose he is renting out the property illegally. 6. Just avoid this place.

The room was okay to stay in for 2 days and the location was great.

The location was great and the check-in was very easy. The room was very spacious and clean as well as the bathroom.

The AC and the lock of the bathroom door were broken and the handyman came with too short notice. There is no mirror in the room and the room is quite dark and the noises from the street are very loud in the morning.

Great location.

It was in an amazing location right in the centre of Florence. The bed was comfy and the room was large and the wooden beams on the ceiling were also a nice touch. I had all the instructions I needed to get into the apartment too. The shared bathroom was clean and tidy and I’m unsure if anyone else was staying whilst I was but it was always free when I needed it.

It has been mentioned by others but the steps up to the apartment are quite something! Just be careful of that. The ‘common area’ is a bit lacklustre and just a sofa or lamp would make it feel a bit more welcoming.

great location but the owner needs to be less greedy

location was perfect, staff very nice and friendly

dirty, no soup and not even a single drop of shampoo, no pillow and blanket, no closet, not even a small chair, extraordinary cold whether and the owner didn’t want us to turn the a/c on, so the remote control was hidden, staff was very friendly and told us that the owner whats you to buy everything. there were no fridge in the building, and I always have to carry a medicine which has to be kept in fridge so our first night in Florence was a nightmare to find a refrigerator. I would never again repeat the experience by any chance

Lo mejor son duda la ubicación del alojamiento. Entre la catedral y Piazza Vecchio, una pasada! La habitación muy calentita y acogedora, ha hecho frio estos días en Florencia y se estaba de maravilla dentro de la estancia. Además radiadores encendidos, aire acondicionado frio calor, baño limpio y agua caliente, muy bien! El acceso muy cómodo, cuando llegas te dan el código para entrar y la clave para recoger las llaves, asi puedes llegar sea cuando sea que no te quedas fuera. Totalmente recomendable!!

Bagno in comune con 3 camere. Lavandino e water otturati. Mancanza di tappetino per la doccia. Teli non sostituiti giornalmente. Per poter uscire dalla struttura ho dovuto aspettare di potermi lavare. Non solo per i turni degli altri ospiti ma anche perché il bagno era inaccessibile. La stanza non presenta armadi. Scarso il segnale Wi Fi

L’host è stato gentile e ha provveduto in un lampo ad agevolare il mio disagio. Carino, gentile, attento agli ospiti. Dispiaciuto per il disservizio.

La gentilezza, disponibilità e precisione di Carmine sono il massimo che ci si possa aspettare. Camera spaziosa, pulita e calda. Bagno condiviso adeguato e comodo.

Le ospiti di una delle stanze sono state molto rumorose, hanno sbattuto le porte e parlato a voce alta. Il sabato mattina siamo state svegliate alle 8 per lavori nello spazio comune di cui non eravamo state avvisate. Consiglio a Carmine di essere preciso con gli ospiti anche sulle regole di convivenza civile visto che purtroppo l'educazione non è più scontata.

La posizione è eccezionale, a 2 minuti dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e a 3 minuti da Piazza della Signoria; ad un quarto d'ora dalla stazione. Soddisfatto della scelta.

Da migliorare solo il bagno, poco adeguato al contesto, per il resto camera grande e confortevole, posizione eccelsa.
