Wonderful historic building, right in centre near shops and museums. Shower and bathroom function excellent, comfy bed, room large and well organised. Beautiful wooden ceiling, complimentary coffee. Would visit again. Host is very friendly.

Would be better with drinking glasses, air conditioning or a fan on hot days. Lots of guests complain about the noise from outside but we found it ok, quite atmospheric and fun square location. The procedure for finding it and gaining access is a bit complicated the first time.

Location is great, and the room is quite comfortable and clean.

As it’s in the city centre it’s noise. You can hear the drunk people outside and early in the morning you can hear the garbage trucks. So be prepared for that.

Everything was perfect, stayed for 1 night with my friend, and even if we stayed longer, it would've been great! Location was perfect, Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria were super close!

We didn't get soap in our bathroom and that's all that was missing really.

The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s rest when noise was not an issue.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. After only a short walk barefoot across the floor, our feet became noticeably dirty. The bathroom lacked shelves or storage space, making it difficult to place personal toiletries and belongings. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet that appeared randomly during our stay. The shower area needed significant attention: there was visible black mold on the shower base, the lower parts of the shower walls, and the shower curtain. Noise was a major issue. There were very loud sounds from outside during the night and early morning, which made sleeping difficult. The apartment also had very poor sound insulation, and we were woken up during the night by loud noises from other guests in the corridor. The portable air conditioner was extremely noisy. It also required a pipe to go through the window, meaning the window could not be properly closed while using it, making it difficult to keep the room comfortably cool. There was no refrigerator, not even a small minibar fridge, which would have been very useful for storing water and snacks.
