・部屋が広く、内装がリフォームしたばかりで新しく、とても清潔だった。 ・チェックイン前と、チェックイン後の荷物を預けている間にも、ロビーエリアのトイレが使えたのがありがたかった。 ・木曜日の夜に 近くのバーに大勢の人が集まり夜眠れなかったという レビューを読んで不安だったが、私たちが宿泊したのは同じ木曜日だったにもかかわらず、とても静かで熟睡できました。 ・チェックインに立ち会ってくれた ニコラさんは、イタリア人らしく、とても気さくで楽しい方でした。片言の日本語を交えながら、荷物の預け方や チェックイン・チェックアウトの方法を一生懸命 説明してくれました。どうもありがとう。
・フィレンツェ到着の予定時間を知らせて欲しいと言われて返信したが、チェックインについての連絡があったのは、フィレンツェ到着時間の数分後だった。その点は少し不安でした。 ・荷物を預けて散策し、部屋に戻ってくるとカードキーがない。お掃除係が持って帰ってしまったようです。夜、ニコラさんがバイクを飛ばしてやってきてくれました。どうもありがとう。彼は平謝りに謝ってくれました。民泊に泊まるからには、こういった ハプニングも楽しまなければなりませんね！haha！ ・総合的には、とてもいい宿でした。こんな綺麗な宿は イタリア中探しても少ないかもしれません。冷蔵庫の上の棚だけ埃が目立ったので、そこを掃除すれば完璧な宿です。

Beautiful room and nice welcoming
All the noise from outside echoes in the room, extremely loud crowd of young people drinking until 03.am, even with ear plug … the windows needs to be changed !!!
