Fantastic location. Spacious and really clean. Staff were really helpful .
No lifts. Had to walk up 3 flights with our suitcases. Shower is very small . Very limited kitchen equipment. No kettle or oven. Our power switched off because we had too much on. It took a while to find out where the switch was to turn back on.

A great location very near to the Duomo and easy walking distance to other sights. A nice apartment with most things that you need including aircon.

The bed was comfortable.
The noise from other tenants and the street noise. The water was very smelly. No complimentary water. Only 2 dining chairs at the table for 3 people.
