Communication from the staff before we arrived was excellent, including check-in. We will made to feel very welcome on arrival, Barbara on reception was very helpful – going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and to inform us of everything we needed to know and more.
There was free access to refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits/cake) in the lobby which was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. In the evening iced cold water was provided which was particularly well received!
The room (sleeping family of four) was very comfortable – large and roomy with high ceilings and large windows - and featured excellent air-conditioning. Bathroom was nice, facilities were clean.
The location was incredible! Perfect. The rooftop view of the Duomo on one side and the Palazzo Vecchio was a real bonus, especially beautiful at night.

Great location to stay for a few days in Florence. Centrally located and easy to walk to all the main attractions. Room size was fair for 2 people with large luggage.
Room wasn’t very clean on check in, a few bits of rubbish left on the floor on arrival

The location can’t be beat. Everything we wanted to see was within a 10 minute walk. We loved our stay at the Boutique Hotel Del Corso!

There is noone to assist after 8 pm , we were at a tour and got to the apt and realizwd they disnt have soap , they told me to look at a storage room but they didnt have any neither , other than the stay eas fine
