We had such a wonderful stay at Le Torri by Dimora Collection. The suite was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and full of charm while still feeling luxurious and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with so many of Florence's main sights just a short walk away. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything effortless from check-in to check-out. Every detail made us feel welcome, and it truly felt like a special place to come home to after exploring the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and can't recommend it enough!

The space was roomy, clean, well located, and beautiful. Tons of food and drink options nearby. The host team was excellent and they even welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco for my wife’s birthday. A wonderful stay and we would stay here again.

Bed was broken and was attempted to be fixed. Did not work. Host said we would get a refund. It has been over a month and haven’t seen anything.
