Incredible location & Terrace view. Modern rooms - clean and very spacious. The staff were lovely on arrival. The lift was a lifesaver for our luggage. Great aircon for August heat.

Pre-check in messages were intense (stating you will be fined if you do not give an hour time slot to arrive in & if you’re late for it, a fine). You also have to pay extra for bedding and towels which wasn’t made aware during booking. The fridge was too warm.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious. It was super close to the tourist spots, just few minutes of walk. The air conditioning was a life saver during august heat! :)

In fine print they charge separately for bed linens and towels. If it was openly disclosed with the overall fee shown by booking.com, it would have been better. When booking with phone for mobile price discounts its quite easy to miss this fine print details until after the booking is complete.

The location is exceptional.

When booking, I didn’t read all the way down to the “small print,” so I wasn’t expecting the additional charges at check-in. Of course, we expected to pay the city taxes, but we were also charged €100 for a late check-in because the property does not offer self-check-in. Our flight arrived late, and the check-in fee varies depending on the arrival time, which is something to be aware of when booking. Also, be careful, as you may be asked to pay extra for towels and bed linen. I found this unacceptable, especially when these are charged on a daily basis. I raised the issue with the property, and fortunately, this charge was removed from the additional payment package. Other than these unexpected extra costs, we really appreciated the great location and beautiful view. The weather was extremely hot—around 40°C—so we couldn’t spend much time outside, and it was nice to have such a convenient location close to everything we wanted to visit. The stay was pleasant, and they offer great coffee, which was a lovely bonus for a coffee lover like me. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the beautiful view before heading out for the day.

First night, we had no hot water & the electricity went out. Contacted the host and she didn’t respond for two hours. Had to contact booking.com & then she finally responded that a person was coming to fix it. Once that was fixed we were able to have a wonderful stay. The water stayed hot & no more electrical outages.
