The hotel is situated in the heart of Florence and is beautifully decorated. Well designed, comfortable suites with super friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Bed, staff, location, breakfast and bathroom
It was intolerably noisy in my room as it was located right above a very busy and active street. That made for a very poor night because sleep was regularly interrupted.
