The breakfasts were superb, delicious and freshly prepared each day. All the staff were friendly and super helpful and kind. The location could not be better. Bedroom was very comfortable, and we slept really well.

We had such a lovely stay in Corte Calzaiuoli. The staff were so kind and the room was amazing and so comfortable. It's in a perfect location right in the city centre so you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Best Location to Stay in Florence

Excellent buffet breakfast, with several sweet and salty choices. Great variety of food, bread, pastries, fruit, eggs and great coffee. The room was overall quite comfortable with all the amenities needed for a good stay away from home.

The best trip in Italy

Regina , the manager of the hotel really help us and we enjoy very very much at Florence, the bed is very comfortable and the location is excellent! We really love the Rib eye steak cooked by the restaurant nearby as it is the best steak in Italy!

Location, location, location! It was our first time to Florence. we were so excited to get out and see all the sights and the hotel is located in center of it all. Yes, it’s busy, and can be congested at times but the hotel is quiet. The walls are sounds proof, not 100% but plenty to feel like you’re not in the middle of the city. We loved it, had breakfast there, and talked with all the friendly staff. It felt like a Bed&Breakfast (in USA). We would go back!

Only regret that we couldn't stay longer

Everything. The room was spacious and elegant. The bed and pillows were perhaps the most comfortable I ever slept in. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location cannot be beat. Breakfast was excellent. I regret we were only here for one night.

Martina checked us in. Throughout our stay we chatted via WhatsApp. Fantastic.

Breakfast had a “no pay and a pay”! It’s breakfast, it’s either included or it’s not. Surely it’s an an Italian thing! I agreed to have extra and pay. The hotel is wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. Staff and GM are service orientated and make your stay absolutely perfecto!! Wonderful.

We had a Deluxe room and it was an old smell inside, both of the deluxe room that we had as a group had this smell. The third one did not, which makes me think something can be done about it. Probably the fault of the ventilation system! But was not something very disturbing.

A charming and peaceful stay with wonderful hospitality.

The location was great, staff was great, cleanliness was on point. I was impressed by how soundproof the room was with the windows closed.

The room was listed as a city view, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel, but I ended up looking out over an alleyway. That was very disappointing. The room didn’t have an adequate mirror—just what looked like an old window with window panes turned into a mirror. It was beyond frustrating trying to put on makeup, and even more frustrating not being able to see how any of my outfits looked.

Corte Calzaiuoli is very charming and comfortable stay while visiting the beautiful city of Florence

Location was within walking distance to most of the main sites; restaurants and shopping if that is what interests you. Lodging is in a private building on 2nd floor so when you go into building you are removed from all the busyness of what is going on outside

Breakfast is not served until 8am and we had early meeting at 8 at the Uffizi. would have liked to have earlier time available
